Returns Policy For Online Purchases

You have 30 days from receipt of your item to return it to us for an exchange or refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Earrings -  for hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Items with personalized engraving
  • Used or worn items
  • Items purchased 31 days or more ago

Return an online order to our shop

You may return the item(s) to our store accompanied by the original receipt which would have been emailed to you when the order was placed, for an exchange or refund. Please note that refunds will be processed via the webshop and not at the credit card terminal in-store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Remember that you are responsible for the return until it reaches us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially when returning items values at over €75.00.

Refunds

You should receive your refund within 14 days from when we receive your return. Refunds will only be issued for items returned within the 30 day return period, unworn, in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
